1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SimploCloud's services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our services.
2. Use of Services
SimploCloud is a hosting platform designed for modern web projects. Misuse of server resources—such as crypto mining, aggressive scraping, or executing malicious code—is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
Our order process is handled by our official reseller, Paddle.com, which manages customer payments and related support.
3. Transactions & Billing
All transactions are securely processed via Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for handling payments, tax compliance (including VAT/GST), invoicing, and customer support on behalf of SimploCloud.
By purchasing any service, you also agree to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Billing is usage-based, following the formula:
cost = #projects × (1.5 + max($5, $1 × project_storage_in_GB))
This includes both live and staging environments (files and databases).
4. Data & Security
We take security seriously. Measures include SSL encryption, hardened servers, and periodic backups. That said, SimploCloud is not liable for data loss or breaches resulting from third-party failures.
Cardholder data is never stored or processed by us directly—it’s handled entirely by Paddle, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
5. Account Termination
You may cancel your SimploCloud account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy, with or without prior notice.
6. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the SimploCloud platform indicates your acceptance of the current version.
